How we work with you
Our broking process moves through five stages: discovery of objectives and requirements, preliminary serviceability assessment, lender shortlisting, application, settlement, and post-settlement servicing. Under the NCCP Act, any loan we recommend must be "not unsuitable" for your stated requirements and capacity to repay.
Fees and commissions
We are typically remunerated by the lender via upfront and trail commission paid on settlement of your loan. The applicable ranges are set out in the Credit Guide. We do not charge a separate broker fee in standard residential matters unless agreed with you in writing in advance. Specific commission percentages applicable to your loan appear in the Credit Proposal Disclosure Document you receive before signing any application.
Privacy
Personal credit information is collected under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Credit Reporting Code. The full disclosure is in our Privacy Policy. The Credit Guide also incorporates the broking privacy statement required by the aggregator.

If we cannot resolve the matter, you can escalate (free of charge) to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority on 1800 931 678 (afca.org.au).
